How do I download my purchased products?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link to access your files immediately. You can also find all your purchased products in your account dashboard under "My Downloads." Download links remain active so you can re-download your files at any time.
What file formats are included with digital products?
Each product listing specifies the included file formats. Typically, UI kits include Figma and Sketch files; templates include HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (with React or Vue versions where noted); icon packs include SVG, PNG, and icon font files; and font bundles include OTF, TTF, WOFF, and WOFF2 formats. Check the individual product page for full details.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the product is significantly different from its description, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the product and our support team is unable to resolve it, or if you accidentally made a duplicate purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
Can I use the products in commercial projects?
Yes. All TokeCell products come with a commercial license that allows you to use them in unlimited personal and commercial projects. You may use the assets in client work, SaaS products, websites, and applications. However, you may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the original source files. For extended licensing needs (such as use in on-demand products), please contact us to discuss custom licensing arrangements.
Do I get free updates after purchasing?
Yes. Every purchase includes free lifetime updates for that product. When we release a new version with improvements, bug fixes, or additional assets, you will receive an email notification and can download the updated files from your account dashboard at no extra cost.
